so I just made pulled pork for the first time the other day and used a simple recipe from allrecipes. You slow cook 2 lb of pork in root beer. I only used 1lb of pork and used one can of rootbeer. Cook it on low for 7-8 hours, or until it easily shreds, drain and then add BBQ sauce. It was pretty good. I haven't eaten a lot of pulled pork so I don't really know what to compare it to.
This is one that I do quite often and everyone seems to enjoy. 2-3 lb. Pork roast 1/2 c. Diced onions 1/2 c. Chopped green peppers 1 bottle Sweet Baby Rays origional BBQ sauce
I cook the roast in a crock pot with the onions, peppers, and 1/2 bottle bbq sauce on low for 8 hours. Then I shre the pork with some forks. t

Sorry, my phone is being wierd. I shred the pork and then add the rest of the BBQ sauce and cook on low for another 2 hours.
Now pulled pork sounds yummy! Congrats on the baby! We're due at the same time. I'm 16 weeks.
