My mom's school is having a book fair right now so she invited us to her school for lunch and to let the kids pick out some books yesterday! Maisey saw the book "Pinkalicious" and HAD to have it! Everything has been pinkalicious at our house since!
(If you've never read the book, it's about a girl who eats too many pink cupcakes and turns pink!)
She didn't want to wear her jeans anymore. She HAD to wear her pink pants!After reading the book at least 15 times yesterday, Maisey begged to make pinkalicious cupcakes! I told her we could in the morning.
Usually in the morning Maisey greets me with a loud "Good Morning Mommy!" but not this morning. She said, "We make cupcakes! We make cupcakes!"
So at 7:30 am, that's what we did!
What a nutritious breakfast huh?
The final product: A happy pinkalicious girl, with her pinkalicious book and her pinkalicious cupcakes that she took to play group to share with her friends!Hope nobody turns pink!

This is such a cute stage for her :) It sounds like a story you'll tell her when she's older. "We got up early and baked pink cupcakes with pink frosting!" Sooo cute.
