9/14-9/20 - Soccer and National Pirate Day

SUNDAY:

I was all excited because Maisey had her first loose tooth. She's been anxiously waiting for this day for two years. Unfortunately, some boy in her class told her that the tooth fairy (and Santa) wasn't real so we had a pretty dramatic night. I think it ended with her deciding to still believe. Kids can be so mean!

MONDAY:

One of the perks to going to the gym at 5 am is that you get an early start on your laundry. I had everything washed, dried, folded, and put away before the after school chaos began!

TUESDAY:

Apparently Tuesday didn't happen! Haha! Shaun and I went to the temple, but I don't have a pic.

WEDNESDAY:
Gage's first soccer practice!
Miley wanted to join in on the soccer action!

THURSDAY:

Apparently Thursday didn't happen either.

FRIDAY:

It was National Talk Like A Pirate Day. Luckily I bought each of them a pirate costume on clearance after Halloween last year for this year's costumes. We pulled them out and dressed them up. I have some pretty good looking pirates!

Then we drove 45 minutes to get 3 free dozens of doughnuts from Krispy Kreme. And on top of that we bought 4 extra doughnuts! The kids HAD to try a pirate one!

We met Dad at Clackamas Town Center for dinner and let the kids each choose a ride. Miley loves the carousel!

The big kids chose the ferris wheel and had a blast!

SATURDAY:

Gage had his first soccer game. He was bummed that he didn't score a goal, but he did really well!

Then we had some friends over for the BYU football game. Miley devoured her cupcake with blue sprinkles!
